I am so excited for our class this year. I genuinely look forward to getting to know each and every one of you, I can’t wait to hear your stories, learn from you and assist you in becoming the best possible student you can be. I care about each one of my student's whether you struggle with English or are an A+ student! You can come to me for anything. CLASSROOM CODE OF CONDUCT
I: Having different opinions is okay! It's a great way to learn from one and other and gain a new perspective. In our class, we will always share and be respectful of other opinions. It's okay to disagree, just disagree respectfully!Â
II: Do your own work. Cheating will not be tolerated. It is unfair to students who work diligently to get the best grade possible in this course.
III: Technolgy is allowed in my classroom, but not when I'm lecturing. Cell phones and laptops will be allowed in my classroom unless the class uses these tools as a distraction. If I feel the class is taking advantage of this rule, technology will no longer be allowed.Â
IV:Â Â Be a contributing member of your group. A lot of our class is discussion-based, and participation is required in order to pass this class.Â
V: Keep our classroom and surroundings learn, it's important to not only be respectful of the space we share with others.
V:Â Do not become a distraction for others. Give every other student the opportunity to maximize their potential.Â
VII: Bullying and harassment will simply not be tolerated in our class. This is a safe space, if you cannot contribute to the safeness of our classroom, you will not be allowed to attend.
